At soccer Thursday night we took what we learned in our drills to start practicing in a little game. We played 3 on 3 and our coaches were teaching us things while we were playing. You can spot me best in the pictures by my blue shorts. I had a lot of fun playing in our game and Mom and Dad said they were proud of me for playing and how well I listened to the coach.
At one point the other team broke away with the ball. I saw we were in trouble so I did what I thought was best and headed straight for the goal. I did this all on my own. The coaches hadn't even talked about goalies or defending the goal at all. Mom and Dad thought it was pretty funny. :)
